WAKECAP TECH FZ LLC provides WakeCap DWP for authorized users of participating organizations. Contact info@wakecap.com with privacy questions or requests. Do not send your password.
WakeCap DWP and its services process account information, including name, email, account identifiers, project access and roles. Project records may include permits, assignments, forms, comments, signatures, photographs, documents and action history. What you provide depends on your organization's workflows and your actions.
When you use location features while the app is active, the app may capture location and accuracy for maps, site checks and action evidence. Previously captured evidence and queued work may synchronize later, including while the app is in the background. The app does not continuously collect location in the background. You can manage device permissions in Android settings; restricted workflows may then be unavailable.
Crash and error reporting uses Google Firebase Crashlytics. It processes app/device technical information, crash/error stacks and installation identifiers for reliability. We do not deliberately attach account identifiers, form answers, photos, signatures or credentials to diagnostics. JavaScript error text is filtered; native crash reports are generated by the native SDK. Filtering is not a guarantee that every possible error contains no personal information.
Information supports login, project access, permit workflows, collaboration, site checks, evidence, offline work and synchronization. Diagnostics support troubleshooting and reliability.
Project records are available to people authorized by the participating organization and to service providers needed to operate the service. Information may be processed where WakeCap and its providers operate, subject to applicable arrangements and law. Firebase provides crash reporting. Esri supplies map tiles; map requests can reveal requested map areas and connection information. Choosing external navigation passes the destination to the maps provider under that provider's privacy practices.
Downloaded information supports offline work. The persisted query cache currently has a seven-day usability limit; finished-permit history normally uses a thirty-day window based on the permit calendar date. Active permits, local drafts and queued work can remain longer. Files and other caches have their own cleanup rules. These are not promises to erase every local file at a fixed age. Server records are retained according to organizational requirements, applicable agreements and legal obligations. Signing out does not delete your account or server records; unsynchronized work can remain protected for its originating account. Firebase describes crash traces and associated identifiers as retained for 90 days before removal from live and backup systems begins; this does not set server permit retention.
Contact info@wakecap.com to request access, correction or deletion and identify your account and organization. Requests may require identity verification and coordination with the organization responsible for project records. Records may be retained when required for applicable legal or organizational obligations. No automatic deletion endpoint or fixed completion deadline is promised.
The service uses secure network connections and operating-system facilities for token storage. Project information is stored locally for offline work; not every downloaded file is necessarily encrypted at rest. Protect access to your device and account.
The app is intended for authorized workforce users, not children. We may update this policy when processing practices change. Effective date: 26 October 2026.
